| Kim, Lee and Partners was founded
in June of 2004 by eleven attorneys who agreed to combine their
extensive experience and client bases to form a new law firm
capable of providing innovative and reliable solutions for all
challenges that face its clients. From the beginning, Kim, Lee
and Partners¡¯ wide variety of quality legal services relating
to corporate transactions, finance, bankruptcy law, intellectual
property issues, real estate transactions, taxation, entertainment
law, and litigation distinguished the firm from other law firms
of similar size. Today, Kim, Lee and Partners has grown to become
a full-service law firm with more than twenty attorneys who
are supported by professionals licensed to provide specialized
services in the areas of tax, labor and real estate. Kim, Lee
and Partners now ranks 15th in size among all law firms in Korea.
Such rapid development was made possible by the expertise
and responsiveness of our professionals and the resulting
satisfaction of our clients. The Korean name of our law firm,
¡°Shin Woo,¡± means a trustworthy friend. Our goal is to become
a friend which all of our clients can depend upon for solutions
to all of their legal problems. Our professionals have been
able to earn the trust of our clients by providing up-to-date
legal advice and cost efficient services which focus on the
unique needs of each client. By ensuring that we view the
relevant issues from our clients¡¯ perspectives and by becoming
familiar with the internal and external changes affecting
our clients, we have truly become a trustworthy friend in
the Korean legal market. By constantly devoting our resources
to the attainment of the goals of each client, we believe
that we will be able to both strengthen the friendships we
have already been able to form and also establish relationships
with new friends.
We are proud of what we have been able to accomplish to date.
However, we will continue to find new ways to upgrade our
capabilities and provide our clients with top quality legal
services satisfactory to not only our clients, but also too
ourselves.

| We ensure that all of the tasks carried
out by our attorneys meet our high standards of quality by means
of our internal supervision system. Each attorney is assigned
to a team and each team is led by an experienced attorney. This
team leader is appointed as the supervisor and it is his or
her responsibility to review all of the work completed by the
team. After such review, the team leader furnishes to the junior
attorneys any helpful advice and instruction, giving our junior
attorneys the opportunity to quickly become experienced attorneys
themselves.
Often, teams work with other teams for projects which require
the expertise of attorneys in various fields of law. At Kim,
Lee and Partners we strive to utilize all of our available
resources in an efficient and effective manner.

| Even though our attorneys are carefully
selected and highly qualified, at Kim, Lee and Partners, we
believe that investment in training programs for our attorneys
is essential for increasing the quality of our legal services
and the development of the firm. Kim, Lee and Partners encourages
its attorneys to attend academic seminars both in Korea and
abroad and to enroll in advanced legal education courses. In
addition, through the convening of attorney study groups and
the attending of lectures given by special guests, attorneys
at Kim, Lee and Partners will continue to expand their knowledge
of the law, discuss the various relevant issues, and propose
changes with respect to both the domestic and foreign legal
systems and methods of implementing such changes.
Our bimonthly seminar on labor and employment presented by
our attorneys who specialize in labor law is an example of
our commitment to keeping abreast of legal developments. This
seminar, which was established for our clients who expressed
a desire to become familiar with the cutting-edge issues regarding
labor law, is open to anyone involved with labor management
and anyone else interested in labor laws.
